We provide help for people who are homeless, or at risk of losing their home.

This includes people from a wide range of circumstances, including people who are rough sleeping, families who are struggling to afford to stay in their current homes, and refugees who have left their homes to escape conflict.

Resettlement

We offer assistance to refugee families as they find a home across Lancashire. Our Resettlement team support refugees with housing related support and integrating refugees into the local community. so that after the first year they understand life in the UK, and where to go for support to meet their needs.

We provide a safe and accessible space for homeless individuals to improve their wellbeing and quality of life. Accommodation is provided alongside support to help people live as independently as possible.

Floating Support

Our Floating Support Services provides free assistance to those at risk of losing their home, or who need help with maintaining or finding a tenancy. We can advise and support with any accommodation related issues that you may be experiencing.

Outreach

Our Outreach team supports rough sleepers or those at risk of homelessness. We support rough sleepers into accommodation so they can recover, improve their health and wellbeing, and access opportunities to avoid a return to the street.

Pathfinder

Pathfinder is a homelessness prevention programme for young people who may be unable to live in the family home , or “sofa-surfing” with friends. Through coaching, it enables these young people to overcome any challenges that are impacting their accommodation. Our priority is to work with 18-25-year-olds, but we can support people up to the age of 35.

Families Support

We provide accommodation and support to families that are homeless and are experiencing challenges that are making it difficult for them to maintain or find housing. We work across East Lancashire with families, providing the necessary tools and resources to develop the skills needed for independent living, as well as helping them secure long-term tenancies as part of a planned transition.
