Pathfinder Support

Pathfinder is a 3-year homelessness prevention programme for young people who may be unable to live in the family home , or “sofa-surfing” with friends.

Through coaching, it enables these young people to overcome any challenges that are impacting their accommodation. Our priority is to work with 18-25-year-olds, but we can support people up to the age of 35.

“I cannot imagine how I could possibly have been helped any more. The amount of kindness I have been shown has on occasion brought me close to tears. I most definitely feel listened to by staff. Now I am at Gateway in Lancaster, I definitely feel safe – it is so peaceful and a nice mix of people live here. Absolutely amazing support.”
